Join me on an inner creative journey on how to use the powerful properties of creating Mandalas as a meditative tool & mindfulness practice!

The meaning of Mandala in Sanskrit is Circle.
The circular designs symbolizes the idea that life is never ending and everything is inter-connected! 🌸🌼🙌

🌼Time: 1400 to 1700 hrs

🌼Venue: Svarasika Yoga Meditation And Wellness Centre

🌼Contribution: Rs 450

🌸Space limited to 11 persons.

No prior experience in art or drawing needed. Just come with an open heart and willingness to explore!

🌸All materials will be supplied. 
(Bring yoga mat and cushion for your own comfort, a few mats will be available.)

Kindly note that the session will start by 2.15pm, so as everyone reaches and settles. There will be a light refreshment after the session.
